To meet this ISO 9001 standard, Stop Digging’s installers undergo rigorous training to use our specialised equipment and to have the right skills and understanding to offer our clients the best solution for their needs.
The SGM03 S2 is our entry level handheld installation machine. Featuring a lightweight unit and compact design, the SGM03 S2 produces 1800 Nm of torque and is excellent for small and medium Groundscrews. The machine can reliably and precisely be operated by a single installer.
The SGM06 D2 is manufactured in Germany and specially customised for Stop Digging. The machine is powered by a well-balanced 1700 W electric motor and puts out just short of 4800 Nm of torque. This makes the SGM06 D2 a high quality and well-rounded installation machine suitable for most projects.
The SGM07 D2 is the most powerful machine in our range of handheld installation machines. With a high-powered electric motor, the SGM07 produces 5300 Nm of torque and has an unloaded speed of 20 rpm in high gear mode. In other words, the SGM07 is capable of handling larger installations and in most conditions.
The SGM69 is the smallest machine in our high-volume segment. A stable and reliable platform paired with a hydraulic rotator unit with 1200 Nm of torque and a very high rotation speed. The efficiency of the SGM69 allows it to install a small or medium Groundscrew in less than a minute.
The SGM2000 is our largest and most advanced piece of installation equipment. Featuring a hydraulically adjustable rig, great torque, and a pull-down system, SGM2000 will be able to install ground screws with very high speed and efficiency. Optionally the machine can be equipped with real time torque logging, full GPS positioning and an air powered DTH drill for very hard ground.
